Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov were identified by the British government as being responsible for the March attack on Russian former double agent Sergei Skripal, 66, and his daughter Yulia, 33, who were allegedly poisoned by the Novichok nerve agent.[1]
On 8 October 2018, Bellingcat tweeted:
