The 2010 Cumbria shootings were the most deadly gun attack carried out in the UK since the 1996 Dunblane school massacre. It occurred in a number of villages in the district of Copeland, a rural area of West Cumbria in the North west of England.
Official narrative
The perpetrator, Derrick Bird, killed 12 and injured another 11 people before committing suicide. He was a "Lone nut" with no deep political connections.[1]
