Louis A. Delvoie is a senior fellow at the Centre for International Relations and an adjunct professor of international relations at Queen’s University.

Career

Delvoie was formerly Canada's Deputy High Commissioner to the UK, High Commissioner to Pakistan, Director General of the Bureau of International Security and Arms Control in the Department of External Affairs and Assistant Deputy Minister for Policy in the Department of National Defence. He retired from the Foreign Service in 1995. [1]
