Daniel Hopsicker reports that the US Forest Service has sold one planes to the CIA.[1]
Since at least 2010, the United States Forest Service and the US Navy have been conducting tests and training of Electromagnetic weapons on US roads.[2]
ARPA
At the request of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Forest Service was commissioned by the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) to research the use of forest fire as a military weapon.[3] A report was published in June 1970 and declassified in May 1983.[4]
