The Trades Union Congress (TUC) represents the majority of trade unions in England and Wales. There are 48 affiliated unions, with a total of about 5.5 million members, and the current TUC/General Secretary is Frances O'Grady.
In September 2023, the TUC Congress passed a motion in support of “the continuation and increasing of moral, material, and military aid from the UK to Ukraine”.[1]
