I read the source. I can't find the State Magazine, And it's not in Smear if I read it correctly. I placed it back and tweeted to help people find it for us and I've contacted Dorill as well. [[User:Jun|Jun]] ([[User talk:Jun|talk]]) 05:51, 4 November 2023 (UTC)

The Le Cercle page cites Rogue Agents, which cites "(130) State Research no. 1; Ramsay and Dorril, pg 38." - which would likely be an interesting read, if only we can find it. -- Robin (talk) 18:44, 3 November 2023 (UTC)
