Rolf Heyn is still not conclusively identified, but might have been an West German East-Asia expert or diplomat a businessman with interests and experience in the region. And it would fit with the subjects of the 1956 Bilderberg, which were dominated by Asian questions "A common approach by the Western world towards China", "How the West can best meet Asian requirements in the technical and economic fields", etc.
