Background
While little about Al-Hussaini's life has been revealed to the public, he is reported to have been a Palestinian[1] who served in the Iraqi army during the Gulf War.[2]
According to Dr. Samir Khalil, a friend of Hussain, he had fled Iraq sometime in 1994 to escape Saddam Hussein's army.[3]
A 2002 indictment filed against Iraq by 14 victims of the Oklahoma City bombing (survivors of the attack) claim that Al-Hussaini had been allowed entry into the United States in 1994 through Boston via an interment camp in Saudi Arabia.[4]
