Investigative Group International was set up by former Watergate prosecutor Terry Lenzner in 1984.

The group describes itself as "a preeminent risk advisory and corporate investigations firm".

Staff

Various IGI employees were linked to the administration of Bill Clinton, for example, Ricki Seidman (Clinton aide), Brooke Shearer, an Interior Department official and Raymond W. Kelly, his undersecretary of the Treasury. Lenzner's attorney, Howard Shapiro, was also general counsel to the FBI. Investigative Group International employed Larry A. Potts after he was demoted by Louis Freeh.

Activities

Investigative Group International was contracted by Williams & Connolly, the law firm which represented Bill Clinton in the affair of Monica Lewinsky.
