Zacarias Moussaoui pleaded guilty in 2005 in a federal court in Virginia to six conspiracy charges related to 9/11. Since 2015 he has been seeking to testify about “the real 9/11 mastermind,” Turki bin Faisal Al Saud, Haifa bint Faisal and a man named 'Omar'.[1]
