Twitch is an American video live streaming service that focuses mainly on video game live streaming.
Censorship
Like most of social media, Twitch engages in censorship.
In 2018, they overhauled their terms of service to suppress "Hate speech". Streamer Brittany Venti was famously banned from Twitch.
Twitch temporarily suspended an account belonging to President Donald Trump's campaign on 29 June 2020.
In January 2021, Twitch introduced their new policy on "harassment and hateful content". They are under pressure from the ADL from increased censorship.[1]
