Is there an audio/video record of Meacher's question? When was the date?

This page records Meacher's question as "To ask the Prime Minister what official duties have been carried out by Stephan Adolphus Kock since 1979."

• 1980:

• 1990:

This page records a question 3 days later by Mr. Cousins: "To ask the Prime Minister whether Mr. Stephan Adolphus Kock was at any time between 1 January 1984 and 31 December 1989 in the service of the Government or any of its agencies or wholly owned companies or carried out any functions for, or on behalf of, the Government or any of its agencies or wholly owned companies." This would seem beside the point if the original date was 1979, and suggests 1990 as a date.

This page pre-dates both of those questions and, as stated, has 1990 as the operative date, whereas the order paper says 1980. The photo appears in Gerald James' 'In the Public Interest' of which I have a copy. It also appears here which is where I pinched the piece from.
