Robert W. Scully was a member of the Office of the Chairman of Morgan Stanley from 2007 until his retirement in 2009.[1][2]
Activities
In 2008 Morgan Stanley's Scully and Ruth Porat led a team pro bono to help the U.S. Treasury Department navigate the crisis at mortgage providers Fannie Mae and Freddie Мас.[3]
