Le Cercle met at an unknown places in 2011. The only thing known about the meeting is a list of speakers mentioned in an invitation to the 2012 meeting.
The name Nicolai Malomuhz is very likely a misspelling of Mykola Malomuzh, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine (2005–2010) and was Adviser to the President of Ukraine (2010–2014).
