Fran Moore is a former Central Intelligence Agency executive.
Career
Her positions at the agency included Director of Analysis from 2010 to 2014, Deputy Director of Intelligence, Deputy Director of Analytic Programs, Director and Deputy Director of Terrorism Analysis in the Counterterrorism Center and Chief, Deputy Chief of Counterintelligence Analysis,[1][2] where she was part of the 7th Floor intelligence 'sisterhood'.[3]
She officially retired from the CIA in 2015.
After the CIA, Fran Moore started FPM Consulting, and serves on the board of Threat Deterrence Capital, being paid by businesses that support US intelligence, security, and law enforcement to lobby their cause. Moore also serves on the board of the Studies in Intelligence, and serves on AFCEA’s intelligence committee.[4]
