FEMA trains, along with the FEMA coffins, were discussed in the 2008/2009 period. These trains were allegedly for the transportation of prisoners to FEMA camps in case of a civil war or mass unrest.[1][2][3][4][5] The wagons that have been discussed are commonly used for the closed transportation of (new) vehicles.[6]
