Poison
In 1978 Martha D. Peterson, a CIA spook under diplomatic cover, was caught by Soviet counterintelligence handed poison capsules, concealed inside a [fake rock]], to her contact. During the investigation, it was found that poison she had given her contact earlier had been used to kill a Soviet citizen who stood in the way of the spy. Peterson was expelled.[1]
