The Chief Executive Officer of the French multinational insurance firm AXA.
Overview
The Chief Executive Officer is vested with the broadest powers to act in all circumstances on behalf of the Company and to represent the Company in its relationships with third parties. He exercises these powers within the scope of the Company's corporate purpose and subject to the powers expressly assigned by law to the Shareholders' Meetings and the Board of Directors.[1]
