Andrew Hampton is New Zealand spook.
Education
A graduate of the University of Canterbury, he also participated in the Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme.[1]
Activities
Hampton, who was snooping on everybody as the Director of Government Communications Security Bureau, is a "government fix-it man - though he prefers to call himself a "continuous improvement" specialist."[2]
As the first Government Chief Talent Officer at the Public Service Commission, Hampton was responsible for identifying talented people in state services and strategically developing their skills and experience.[1]
