Ruslana Lyzhichko is a famous Ukrainian singer-activist who became internationally known after she won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2004.
She was involved in the Orange Revolution and was elected to Parliament in 2006. She career continued with her appearance in Grand Theft Auto 4 in 2008, and as a judge on Ukraine's version of The Voice.
Ruslana was one of the leading figures in Euromaidan.
She was a part of WEF/Young Global Leaders 2011 and has been awarded by the Atlantic Council.[1]
