IAC (aka IAC/InterActiveCorp), is an American holding company that owns brands across 100 countries, mostly in media and Internet. Its most famous products are the video sharing website Vimeo, the liberal website Daily Beast and Ask.com, but its "family of websites" is one of the largest in the world, with "more than 150 brands and products".[1]

In August 2020, IAC announced it had invested a 12% stake in MGM Resorts International. [2]

Ownership

The founder, billionaire Barry Diller, a long time supporter of the Democratic Party, holds 42.5% of the voting rights.[3]
