Judi Gibbs was an actress known for two movies, for having photos of her published Penthouse magazine in 1979 and allegedly having been in a sexual relationship with Bill Clinton. She was killed alongside Billy A Puterbaugh in a house fire on January 3rd, 1986.[1][2] Relatives do believe that "Bill Clinton was responsible for the fire" according to a 2016 article by the Dailymail.[3] There were apparently unsubstantiated rumors that she had pictures proving that she and then-Governor of Arkansas Bill Clinton had been regular sex partners.[4] They saw each other in various hotels to which Clinton had her flown in at times from the small airport she lived close by (Fordyce).[5] The local fire chief, Roy Wayne Moseley, who was present during the rescue effort said that as far as residential fires go, this was the worst they ever had.[6]
