The single dose makes it a popular vaccine to distribute to the homeless, prisoners, and refugee populations.
When professors from the pathological institute in Reutlingen (Germany) in September 2021 presented their findings[1] from autopsy reports, of vaccine deaths and unreported contents of vaccines, it included images of the J&J vaccine. When it dries, it creates this web pattern. The researchers did not know what the small brights dots were.(untranslated video from 2:19:00). These are highly respected and serious researchers.
The Reutlingen professors found this self-moving "fly" (center) time and again in the J&J product.
In September 2021, a Food and Drug Administration official was caught on tape by Project Veritas suggesting black Americans who are hesitant about the COVID-19 jab should be shot with blow darts or tricked into getting injected. While Taylor Lee is a junior employee and economist at FDA, the mentality is telling. J&J was presumably the preferred one because it is single dose.[2][3]

The Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine or Janssen COVID-19 vaccine is a COVID-19 jab that was developed by Janssen Vaccines in Leiden, Netherlands,[4] and its Belgian parent company Janssen Pharmaceuticals,[5] subsidiary of American company Johnson & Johnson.[6][7]

It is a viral vector vaccine based on a human adenovirus that has been modified to contain the gene for making the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19. The vaccine requires only one dose and does not need to be stored frozen.[8]

The vaccine has been granted an emergency use authorization by the US Food and Drug Administration[9] and a conditional marketing authorization by the European Medicines Agency (EMA)[10]

Since it is a single dose vaccine, it has been a popular vaccine to distribute to the homeless,[11][12][13][14] prisoners,[15][16] and refugee populations.[17]
