On the occurrence of her death a spokesperson of the royal family interviewed for SABC News commented: [...] the best tribute that could be bestowed upon her would be to soldier on, with her vision of building a health care center for the community around here and also encouraging people, community and the nation, in adhering to all the safety measures that would ensure that we live a save life within the period of the pandemic. We really want to urge all and sundry to ensure the social distance, we keep to the safety measures, that have been endorsed by the World Health Organisation, support our government in all it's endeavor, to win the battle against the pandemic. Noloyiso Sandile was a South African royal and daughter of the then Zulu King Cyprian Bhekuzulu kaSolomon and sister to King Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu.[1][2][3] She was married to Royal House of the AmaRharhabe Monarch Maxhob'ayakhawuleza Sandile. She was Regent of the Royal House of the AmaRharhabe. She died in Mdantsane on 8 July 2020 due to COVID-19.[4][5]
