Massive role in Covid 19. Didn't support the usage of face masks.

The Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu or RIVM in Dutch), is a Dutch research institute that is presented as an independent agency of the Dutch Ministry of Health Welfare and Sport. RIVM is tasked with promoting health and a safe living environment by conducting research and collecting knowledge worldwide. The results are - unsurprisingly - used to support the Dutch government in formulating its health policies.
