Character
The New York Times reported in 2019 that Vrablic "is intensely private and rarely discusses her personal life with colleagues".[2]
Background
Vrablic grew up in New York, the daughter of Joseph S. Vrablic (died 7 April 2005) and Bernice Vrablic.
Career
She got her start in private banking in 1989 when she was still a bank teller, living with her parents in Scarsdale, New York, after a chance two-hour train conversation with Howard Ross, the then-chief credit officer of Bank Leumi.[3]
Vrablic handled more loans to Jared Kushner (whom standard Deutsche Bank policy would have disbarred because of his father's felony[4]) than $300 million in loans to Donald Trump.[3]
