National Resilience, Inc is a "technology-focused biomanufacturing company dedicated to broadening access to complex medicines".[1]
CIA front?
National Resilience was founded in 2020 by Biotech venture capitalist Robert Nelsen, with $800 million in capital.[2]
An investigation by Unlimited Hangout found that Nelsen has been given much of the credit for creating Resilience, he revealed in one interview that the idea for the company had actually come from someone else, Luciana Borio. It was while talking to Borio about "her work running pandemic preparedness on the National Security Council" that had “helped lead to the launch of Nelsen’s $800 million biologics manufacturing startup Resilience. At the time of their conversation, Borio was the vice president of In-Q-tel, the venture capital arm of the CIA that has been used since its creation in the early 2000s to found a number of companies, many of which act as Agency fronts.[3]
The CEO of In-Q-Tel, Chris Darby, sits on the Resilience's board of directors.
Board member Drew Oetting works for Cerberus Capital Management, the firm headed by Steve Feinberg who previously led the President's Intelligence Advisory Board under the Trump administration. Cerberus is the parent company of the spooky DynCorp.[3][4]
Activities
In March 2021, Resilience acquired a former Sanofi manufacturing plant in Boston. The company established a "network of high-tech, end-to-end manufacturing solutions" to make current and future drugs "quickly, safely, and at scale," Resilience said in a PR-release.[2]
In 2021, Resilience and Moderna announced an agreement to manufacture "drug substance" for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Resilience will produce mRNA for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at its facility in Mississauga, Ontario in Canada, for distribution worldwide.[5]
In March 2023, Resilience Resilience received a $410 million loan from Department of Defense.[6] With this, Resilience will be able to manufacture a billion doses of "vaccines" within its manufacturing network in the United States, and "will continue to partner with biotech and biopharma innovators across the drug development life cycle."[7]
In partnership with the Department of Defense, Resilience manages the DOD Advanced Development and Manufacturing (ADM) facility in Alachua, Florida as a contractor-owned, contractor-operated end-to-end biomanufacturing facility.[8]
People

Board member Susan Desmond-Hellmann was former CEO of the Gates Foundation.
Rahul Singhvi was previously was President and CEO of Novavax and the vaccine department at Takeda Pharmaceuticals.[10]
Joseph Robert Kerrey, a former US Senator for Nebraska, was a member of the 9/11 Commission cover-up.[11]
The company also counts former FDA commissioner Scott Gottlieb among its founding board of directors.[2]
