Andrew Stern is the President Emeritus of Service Employees International Union (SEIU)[1] which became one of the largest and most politically involved political action committees in the United States during his tenure as President from 1996 to 2010. [2] He attended Bilderberg/2017.
He is considered one of the most influential labor bosses in the United States and he has been cited as a supporter of universal basic income. More recently, Stern has been characterized as "using his resume in organized labor to support a group that explicitly aims to undermine teacher’s unions—at a time when teacher’s unions have done more to revive militancy in organized labor than any other group."
