Not to be confused with Dr. Michael A. Aquino, AFIO member, born 1946.
Michael Ray Aquino is a former spook in the police force of the Philippines. He was accused of involvement in a 2000 political murder, and was convicted of helping to transmit classified information from the United States to opposition leaders in the Philippines.
