In 1979 someone with the pseudonym Robert C. Christian bought a parcel of land on behalf of "a small group of loyal Americans" and paid for the structure to be build.[1][2] The written text on the stones suggest that the people who financed this project were concerned with overpopulation and control over society. To some these are the core elements of the New world order.
