Subject-specific deranking?
As of January 2018, Baidu included the ISGP site as hit #51 on Baidu for the search term "Dutroux affair",[2] compared to #2 for Yahoo[3] or for Bing.[4] This may be evidence of subject-specific deranking, but inclusion at #51 is not as extreme as Google or StartPage, both of which appeared to have blocked the domain for that search term - neither site listing it among their top 100 hits.

Yandex is a Russia-oriented search engine. As of January 2018, the Russian version, Yandex.ru was the 2nd most popular website in Russia and the 29th most popular globally.[5] The English version is http://yandex.com.
Lack of subject-specific blocking
As of January 2018, a page from ISGP was the #8 hit on Yandex for the search term "Dutroux affair"[6] - and several other search engines such as Yahoo, Bing, Ecosia and Gigablast also had the page in their top 10 results. By contrast, neither Google, StartPage nor Ask.com returned any hits from the ISGP site in the top 100 when the search term was queried for, although all three had indexed the page.
In January 2018, Wikispooks was not listed for the search term "7th floor group" (in contrast for Ask.com[7], Bing[8] and Yahoo)[9], which listed it as #1.
