David Malcolm Nott is a "renowned vascular surgeon"[1] who (as David Mallcolm Nott) directed three groups with near identical names: World For Libya Consultants Limited from 2012-07-12 to 2014-04-02,[2], World for Libya Limited and the charity World for Libya.
