George Vladimir Bogdanich is a writer and filmmaker who has worked as a journalist, publicist and author.
As a filmmaker, George Bogdanich directed and produced “Yugoslavia: The Avoidable War” in 2002, which was narrated by his wife Sanya Popovic, and “Betrayal: When the Government Took over the Teamsters Union” in 2019.
He co-authored a political memoir with former US Representative Debbie Halvorson called “Playing Ball with the Big Boys.”
He has written for a number of publications including the Chicago Sun Times, the Chicago Tribune, the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Nation, the Progressive, the Illinois Times, and the Huffington Post.[1]
