In 1999 he was "head of NATO's Integrated Data Service, which is responsible for providing public information on the NATO operation".[2] . In 2008 this was still the case [3] .

Chris Scheurweghs joined the Institute for Statecraft in January 2016.[4] and was present at the planning meetings december 2015 between the founders of the Integrity Initiative and the executive director of the Institute of European Studies as listed in the Document:Monthly_Accounts .
