Séralini and his prodcued research which suggested that GMO food caused an increase in tumors in lab rats. This led to a PR "offensive" by Monsanto aided by the commercially-controlled media. Big media had less to say about the fact that in 2015 his research was successfully replicated during a defamation lawsuit.[1]
