Browser fingerprints are a unique set of attributes that make users identifiable. Changing the web browser and the IP address or IP localization usually changes the fingerprint.
More sophisticated techniques may rely more on the operating system and the computer model in use (cross browser fingerprinting).
In any case browser fingerprints can be managed by the technically advanced user.
