You could restructure the article by replacing it with the structure used for example in the [[Tuskegee syphilis experiment]]. The upper half could still be used in the new content though. - Good observation. There isn't a lot on this black project so this seemed to be a decent solution in 2016. You could restructure the article by replacing it with the structure used for example in the Tuskegee syphilis experiment. The upper half could still be used in the new content though. Jun (talk)
