Scenario planning is the creation of imagined scenarios that can happen in the future by a think-tank or other institutions.
It may include planning and preparation for:
- Disasters
- Pandemics
- Climate change
- Acts of terrorism
- Attacks with biological weapons
- Attacks with chemical weapons
