Signal Group is a Washington DC lobbying and propaganda company (both for big companies and governments, especially the US). They "deliver seamlessly integrated campaigns to impact businesses outcomes. We build brands, protect reputations, and influence key decision makers in government through meaningful engagement. Our team has counseled CEOs and top executives through complex, front-page issues."[1]

Eric Bovim, who later became the Washington leader for the French intelligence company Avisa Partners, known for its dirty working methods, was a Managing Director at Signal Group until mid-2019.[2], and it is reasonable to assume Signal Group is a similar company using similar methods.

In 2018, it was hired by 51 clients, for a total amount of $6,860,000.[3]

Like often is the case with shady entities, it does not have its own Wikipedia page and no Wikipedia presence.

Signal Group's services include:

Public Affairs - Influencing public policy through communications requires expertise and experience. Our team blends policy fluency with a command of public relations to navigate clients through the political and media blind spots. We conjure a winning message and marshal stakeholder support. Our campaigns recalibrate the climate in our client’s favor—at the state level and federally.[4]

Strategic Communications - Signal provides strategic counsel on how to craft innovative communications programs to change behavior, shift opinion, and move markets. We help clients to make news, or get out of the news—locally, nationally, and globally.

In an age dominated by a 24/7 news cycle and digital and social media, we know that strong, crisp messaging is essential to our programs, but also that any successful campaign requires an array of compelling content to round out a story.

Digital - Signal Digital creates strategic approaches focused on results. Our goal is to ensure your audience is informed, persuaded and engaged. We bring together data, creativity and technical expertise to drive impact and a maximum return on your investment. We deliver solutions that reach the right audience with the right message, create brand experiences to position you for success, and leverage analytics to create deeper insights on your audience.
