It was reported in 2014 that Jill Dando had received reports of a paedophile ring in the BBC and passed a file on the matter to senior management in the mid-1990s, and that some female workmates had told her that they had been groped or assaulted. However it turned out that that "no one wanted to know" and an investigation was never carried out.[5][6]
