Joseph Michael Arpaio has stated at two press conferences held in March 2012 that he believed that the long-form birth certificate of Barack Obama, released by the White House on April 27, 2011 was a computer-generated forgery.[1] He also claimed that Obama's Selective Service card was a forgery.[2]<
