Cubana de Aviación Flight 455 involvement
In 2015, the US State Department declassified a document which the Miami Herald reported indicated that Luis Posada Carriles was the most likely planner of the 1976 suitcase bombing of Cubana de Aviación Flight 455 that killed 73 people. The document cited Hernán Ricardo Lozano, Freddy Lugo, Luis Posada Carriles, Orlando Bosch, Frank Castro, Orlando Garcia, Ricardo Morales Navarrete and Felix Martínez Suárez as 'allegedly involved' in the bombing, though the document suggested Felix Martínez Suárez was not involved.[1]
