Judicial Watch describes itself as "a conservative foundation [which] fights for accountability and integrity in law, politics and government." [1]

Activities

In 2019 Judicial Watch published documents revealing that James Comey had kept classified information in his notes about meetings with Donald Trump and leaked them to the press. On June 8, the day after the FBI seized the memos, Comey admitted leaking the memos in testimony to Congress. He justified the leaks "because [he] thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel."[2]
