2000 Presidential Election
In year 2000, Allbaugh managed the Bush-Cheney campaign during the US/2000 Presidential Election. He was involved in the so-called 19th Floor Riot that stopped the recount in Miami-Dade county[1], a sabotage tactic that secured the election fraud that made Bush president.
FEMA Director
Very widely criticised for his underwhelming performance.[2] Peter Dale Scott wrote; "I consider the appointment of a dirty-tricks specialist to the head of the supposedly apolitical agency FEMA a symptom that Bush-Cheney had political designs for FEEMA from the outset of their administration."[3]
