Northern Norway is a geographical region of Norway, consisting of the two northernmost counties Nordland and Troms og Finnmark, in total about 35% of the Norwegian mainland.
Integrity Initiative
The area had - or still has - a cluster of the propaganda organization Integrity Initiative with link to a "NGO working with civil society based in Tromso and operating in the High North, as Russian influence in Norway has a different character in the North from that in the capital, and needs to be addressed accordingly."[1]
