Saltsjöbaden is a locality in Nacka Municipality, Stockholm County on the Baltic Sea coast of Sweden. It had 9,491 inhabitants as of 2010.

History
The area was developed as a resort by Knut Agathon Wallenberg from farmland he bought in 1891 through a newly created railway company.
