Wikipedia considers concerns over election integrity a "conspiracy theory"

The "voting pencil conspiracy theory" is a conspiracy theory that asserts that people should use pens rather than the pencils provided in British polling stations to prevent the vote being changed by MI5.[1]

It is a tradition to use lead pencils to vote in Great Britain. Pencils are encouraged because ink can smudge, dry out or spill over the paper, which could invalidate a person's vote. When the paper is folded, the ink might transfer into the next box, making it look like the voter has voted more than once. Despite this, people have questioned whether pencils make Election/Fraud more likely.[2]
