Ziad Abdelnour
I just reinstated the word "fraudster" on Mr. Abdelnour's page, since an archived copy of the SEC website reads:
"Although Abdelnour did not succeed in selling any of the fictitious securities, as a result of his fraud, Abdelnour willfully violated Sections 17(a)(1) and (3) of the Securities Act, and by engaging in unregistered broker-dealer activity, he violated Section 15(a) of the Exchange Act."[1]
I also added details about these charges, to assist our readers - who should be the motivation for any and all edits to this site. I would be obliged if you would read and reflect upon point #2 of this page. i.e. Wikispooks is not a place for people who are editing at other's behest. -- Robin (talk) 18:27, 22 September 2016 (IST)
I notice you have been removing important and well sourced information about Mr. Abdelnour, which other people quickly replaced. They are likely to keep doing this unless you explain your edits. Do you have any extra information which leads you to doubt the SEC's judgment in this case? Or do you have a personal interest?
