- welfare and service families
- community engagement
- equality, diversity and inclusion
- mental health
- Defence Medical Services
- the people programme (Flexible Engagement Strategy, Future Accommodation Model and Enterprise Approach)
- estates service family accommodation policy and engagement with welfare
