  • women’s employment
  • black, Asian and minority ethnic employment
  • Fuller Working Lives
  • New Enterprise Allowance
  • Jobcentre Plus, partnership working and employer engagement
  • EU and international affairs, including support to the Secretary of State on Brexit
  • support to the Secretary of State on devolution
